Practice with the cards below to learn the names of all your favorite clothing items. Don't forget to pay attention to the article un or una, which shows whether the noun (clothing item) is masculine or feminine.
Clothing comes in all the colors of the rainbow. This lesson will use colors to describe clothing.

Adjectives in Spanish are placed after the noun they are modifying and must agree in number and gender with the noun.
In Spanish, nouns are masculine or feminine as indicated by the definite or indefinite article that precedes the noun.

Just like in English, verbs in Spanish must be conjugated depending on the subject. Here is a list of pronouns in Spanish and the conjugation of the verb usar:
Yo uso. | = | I wear. | |
Tu usas. | = | You wear. | |
Él usa. | = | He wears. | |
Ella usa. | = | She wears. | |
Usted usa. | = | You wear. | |
Nosotros usamas. | = | We wear. | |
Ellos usan. | = | They wear. | |
